We don't make any compromises with ice either. We use large ice cubes to enhance your cocktail experience, which melts less quickly for your enjoyment until the last sip. The shape of our ice is determined by the drink, and on occasion we hand carve our ice from crystal clear blocks.

It goes without saying that we care about presentation. Each type of cocktail glass is designed to bring out the complexities in aroma, temperature, color and flavor. We choose the corresponding glass for each crafted cocktail carefully. What makes us special from other bars is that we pre-freeze each glass for your experience.

Alongside premium spirits, we use fresh and hand selected elements depending on the drink; ingredients such as herbs, fruits and vegetables from our local produce stands. Juices are made by hand and we also produce all of our syrups ourselves. We are passionate about the science of fat-washing and barrel aging to create the optimal aroma for a more complex yet cohesive cocktail.
